Can donors set up recurring giving?

Yes, donors can choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring donations. They can manage their recurring gifts from their giving portal -updating payment methods, changing amounts, or pausing as needed.

Are there transaction fees?

Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). MosesTab does not add any markup on top of payment processor fees. Your church receives the full donation minus processor fees.

Can we create multiple giving funds?

Yes, create unlimited giving baskets such as Tithe, Building Fund, Missions, Benevolence, Youth Ministry, and any other funds your church needs. Donors choose which fund to give to when donating.

Do donors get tax receipts?

Yes, annual giving statements are generated automatically. Donors can also view their complete giving history and download statements anytime from their giving portal.
